Other Classic Car Exhaust Systems

Porsche 911

Due to interest by Classic Porsche 911 owners Classicfabs have now developed a system using the SSI type manifold but re-engineered with our twin Classic car catalytic converters fitted.

These are a direct replacement including Heat Exchanger for your existing system with no modifications and fit directly to your existing silencer.

These will undergo ‘rolling road’ testing shortly but expect to produce the same emissions results as our Jaguar systems.

Aston Martin DB5 /DB6

Classicfabs have been commissioned to design a version of our MK2 Long Manifold to fit to the DB5 / DB6.

This will be dyno tested shortly to show performance enhancement.

We are also developing our Catalytic Converters to fit to these cars as part of this new design of Long Manifold.

We will also have a new set of Link Pipes available from the standard Cast System to the first silencer fitted with our Classic Catalytic Converter for those that wish to maintain their Cast Manifolds. View our emissions test results on a 4.2 Jaguar E-Type.

Triumph TR3 / TR4

We will shortly have our catalytic converters available for these cars. They will be supplied with tubular ends that will fit directly into your existing system using top-quality stainless-steel clamps.

These types of assemblies will be available for a large range of Classic Car Exhausts. Just send us a photo of your existing system around the gearbox area along with outside dimensions of tubing for a quote.

Classicfabs XJ6 Race Car

The car has new re-packable side exit twin exhaust pipes with twin Catalytic Converters pre silencers.

The car will be on display at various events throughout the UK during 2022.

We are also developing a new exhaust system for these cars but fitted with our Classic Car catalytic converters.

These system with CATs will also be available as a direct replacement for your existing pre front silencer system to fit to standard Cast Manifolds.

Classicfabs Crossle 33F Race Car

Classicfabs Crossle FF2000 race car has now been fitted with a new Stainless Steel Long Primary pipe exhaust with one of our Catalytic Converters fitted, with the engine being rebuilt by Delta Motorsport. Dyno chart figures are available for this upgrade on request.

The car with Catalytic Converter system installed will be demonstrated at various FF2000 events in 2022.
