Trade Terms

 
 

  1. All Classicfabs Jaguar related products manufactured, are designed to fit original Jaguar systems and mountings. While every endeavour will be made that our systems will fit cars with ‘aftermarket’ products / systems on a car, we have to be informed of these prior to manufacturing a Classicfabs Jaguar system.

  2. Classicfabs reserve the right to alter the design of a manifold, or any part, to improve its performance, or fit at any time, without prior notification.

  3. As all our systems are made to order, we require a 30% deposit of total payable sum to confirm an order, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in advance. A deposit invoice will be sent to the customer. A final invoice will be sent when system is ready for dispatch, with dispatch only being made when outstanding balance has cleared our account. We only accept payment by cheque or bank transfer. Classicfabs cannot be liable for any bank charges imposed by customers own bank when using bank transfer route.

  4. Discounts : Discounts are offered at the discretion of Classicfabs

  5. Cancellations : Any customer cancelling an order following receipt either of deposit or written instruction to proceed will a) forfeit his deposit or b) be liable for a 30% off total cost cancellation fee.

  6. All prices are excluding VAT at the current UK rate where applicable, and are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling.

  7. All if any import duties at customers point of delivery are at customers expense.(Please check with your local tax authorities)

  8. Carriage is extra, and will be quoted at time of order.

  9. Goods to be inspected and signed for as ‘received in good condition’, any defects to be reported to transport company, and Classicfabs immediately.

  10. All parts are supplied to fit a system direct to your car, including all mountings and one alternator heat shield. Cylinder head exhaust manifold mounting studs, spring washers and nuts in stainless steel are supplied as an extra at £50.00 a set for all cars.

  11. Classicfabs will not be liable for any costs incurred or alterations required if necessary upon failure to advise us of any modifications from standard to your vehicle.
